Account & Data Deletion
Applies to the Thodar CRM web application and the Thodar CRM Android app (com.avvaitech.thodarcrm).
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@avvaitech.com with the subject line “Delete my account”.
- Include the email address you use to sign in and your organisation name so we can verify ownership.
- We verify the request, confirm by email, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Organisation administrators can also delete an individual user immediately from Settings → Users inside the app.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, name, work email and phone number.
- Leads, customers, tasks, notes and pipeline records owned by your organisation.
- WhatsApp conversations, messages, voice notes, attachments and transcripts stored for your organisation.
- Call records, activity history and audit entries linked to your account.
What may be retained
Encrypted backups may hold copies for up to 90 days before they expire. Invoicing and transaction records are retained where financial or tax law requires it. Nothing retained is used for any further processing.
